TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By signing up for the True Hair Company’s True Pro Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. True Hair Company reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without notice. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Participation in the program is at your own risk.

To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States or another approved region. Automated registrations are not permitted, and each affiliate must register with accurate legal information, including a valid email address and tax documentation if requested. Your login credentials are for your use only and must not be shared. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account, and any use of the program for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including fraud or self-purchases using your own affiliate code, is strictly prohibited.

Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link or code and access to branded marketing materials. These assets may be used on your website, email communications, or social media to promote True Hair Company products. You must use the tools exactly as provided and may not alter branding, logos, or messaging. Commission is only earned when sales are made using your properly formatted affiliate link or code. True Hair Company is not responsible for untracked sales due to user error, improperly formatted links, or browser/session limitations.

Affiliates earn 8% commission on qualifying sales, with the average customer transaction ranging from $500–$600, resulting in an estimated $40–$50 earned per sale. In addition, affiliates receive a $20 store credit for each new affiliate referral who joins the program and completes a purchase of $150 or more. Commissions are tracked and paid monthly once your account reaches a $20 minimum payout threshold. Any commissions generated through fraudulent, overly aggressive, or questionable methods will be forfeited.

You must clearly disclose your participation in the affiliate program in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission from purchases made through my link”). You may not misrepresent your relationship with True Hair Company, issue press releases on our behalf, or claim endorsement or partnership beyond what is expressly permitted. Purchasing products through your own affiliate link is prohibited and may result in loss of commissions and termination from the program.

All customers referred through your affiliate link are considered customers of True Hair Company, and all sales, service, and fulfillment will be handled according to our existing policies. We reserve the right to modify pricing, product availability, promotions, and customer service policies at any time. Affiliates may not publish fixed product pricing on their platforms, as these may change without notice.

You are solely responsible for your marketing channels, including the operation and maintenance of your website, content accuracy, compliance with privacy policies, and ensuring that materials do not infringe upon third-party rights. Additionally, you agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws — including, but not limited to, marketing regulations and privacy rules such as the CAN-SPAM Act.

This agreement remains in effect from the time of your acceptance into the program until terminated by either party. Either you or True Hair Company may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, you agree to discontinue use of our affiliate assets and remove all references to True Hair Company, including logos and links.

True Hair Company makes no guarantees regarding the program’s performance or technical uptime. We are not liable for any indirect damages, revenue loss, or performance issues. Disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding confidential arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with exceptions for intellectual property claims, which may be resolved in court.

By participating in the True Pro Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms. This agreement supersedes all previous affiliate agreements and constitutes the entire understanding between you and True Hair Company.
