The prelude to the Awards ceremony started with a group of esteemed entrepreneurs including Super Model Beverly Johnson, MediaTakeOut owner Fred M. and True Indian Hair Owner Karen Mitchell participating in a panel about black entreprenuermanship at NYU Stern Business School in NYC. The Awards ceremony took place later that evening with a special Icon award to Miss Beverly Johnson. Karen Mitchell and True Indian Hair has come a long way. #Congrats
